Outlined below are game-day "must-haves", reminders and items of importance to make it a successful one:
Insurance Policy (ies)— There is a link under the Policies Tab>Certificate of Insurance page has certificates of insurance for common locations. Copies of players birth certificates—if you don’t have these on hand, request a copy from the parents. Keep a copy in a binder with the certificate of insurance.
Ice packs and First Aid Kit

Game changer. All games should be scored on game changer—even if you are keeping a paper book. Through the tool you can send an email to the parents so they can view games in real-time.
Bow Net, Bucket of balls, Tee (optional)
Create your line ups prior to game day. All players should be given an opportunity to start a game on Saturday of a 2-day tournament. Also, all players should play a minimum of 50% of the time.
Printout of roster, signed by players and parents for all USSSA tournaments.
Line-up cards for the umpire and opposing team. Readily available online or at Dicks.
