Training expenses: paid coaches and/or trainers are coordinated at the club level and provided for each team.
Fall tournaments fees: a fall schedule that will include some combination of a weekly league, scrimmages or a few tournaments, ending in October or early November.
Winter training costs: teams will break for approximately 6 weeks and begin indoor training in early January.
Spring/Summer tournament fees: Generally, teams with high school players will begin tournaments around Memorial Day or early June, after the school softball season has concluded.
​Coaches (non-parent) travel costs for overnight tournaments
Field maintenance and improvement costs.
Equipment and supplies including balls, bownets, coaches shirts, line up cards, and first aid supplies.
Miscellaneous costs such as USSSA registration and insurance, background investigations, website, team snap, tax filing, and other costs.
Uniform costs are included. Other apparel may be offered on a team-by-team basis.
Payment Schedule
The annual fee is typically collected in two installments, about two-thirds at the time your daughter commits to a team, and the balance in October.The acceptance of a position on a team is for the entire year which runs from September through end of July. It is expected that by accepting a position with the team in August,full payment will be made when due.
