How are teams formed?

In July and August tryouts are held at each age level. Generally, players play in their age group (i.e. 13 and 14 year olds play at U14, 11 and 12 year olds play at U12 and so on. However, on occasion, we will permit a girl to ‘play-up’ if in the judgment of the manager of the higher level team this will be in the best interests of the player and the organization. This, however, is much more the exception than the rule.
