History:

The original West Windsor Ninjas organization was formed in the 2011-12 softball season with a 10U team and a 12U team. In 2012-13 season we added a 14U team to the mix, and in 2013-14, we expanded to five teams, an 8U, a 10U, two 12U teams and a 14U team.

We underwent a restructuring of our organizational and corporate structure in 2013 to allow us to file for 501(c)(3) Non-Profit status from the Internal Revenue Service and to create a board of trustees to guide the organization and get more parents involved the work needed to provide a high quality program. Following this restructure, we became the West Windsor Ninjas Girls Softball Association, a New Jersey Not-for-Profit Corporation (the “Ninjas”)
