Outlined below are game-day "must-haves", reminders and items of importance to make it a successful one:

1. Insurance Policy (ies)—  There is a link under the Policies Tab>Certificate of Insurance page has certificates of insurance for common locations.  The first file listed is the Witches certificate of insurance.  This can be used for proof of coverage.  If the tournament requires additional named insureds, please
2. Copies of players birth certificates—if you don’t have these on hand, request a copy from the parents.  Keep a copy in a binder with the certificate of insurance.
3. Ice packs and First Aid Kit
4. Small screw driver/wrench
5. Game changer.  All games should be scored on game changer—even if you are keeping a paper book. Through the tool you can send an email to the parents so they can view games in real-time.
6. Bow Net, Bucket of balls, Tee (optional)
7. Create  your line ups prior to game day. All players should be given an opportunity to start a game on Saturday of a 2-day tournament.  Also, all players should play a minimum of 50% of the time.
8. Printout of roster, signed by players and parents for all USSSA tournaments.  
9. Line-up cards for the umpire and opposing team.  Readily available online or at Dicks.
